Weirdigans uses almost exclusively organic produce; where not organic, our ingredients are ethically sourced and locally-produced or artisan-made. All tea, coffee, cocoa and sugar is fairtrade and we try to use locally-grown fresh ingredients. "Dangerously good cake."
